Because of the size and complexity of our project, which exceeded $2.5 million, we performed a significant amount of research prior to selecting Tim, and his firm, to undertake our project.

We based our decision on a broad range of criteria, including; experience with similar projects; the quality of the design/build process; and the knowledge, skill and experience of the firm’s staff, from the owner through the job supervisors. Equally important was the qualifications and experience of the firm’s sub-contractors which, we are happy to report, were outstanding.

Mr. O’Connor planned and managed our project under a very well-defined schedule and budget, including everything from the initial design meetings to final blueprints, permitting, demolition of an existing home, excavation, and new utility easements, all of which were done seamlessly. Our project also involved extraordinary foundation and framing work, extensive customized carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC design specifications, often using highly specialized materials. Additionally, the finished carpentry and cabinetry work were simply spectacular. During each phase of the project we were continually impressed with the quality of Mr. O’Connor’s organization, management and communication skills as well as his knowledge and experience in all aspects of construction and the ease with which problems and obstacles were resolved.

In the end, our project was completed on time, as designed and on budget, including the change orders we approved along the way. We are extremely happy and proud of our new home. It represents the culmination of a life-long dream my wife and I had to build a truly custom home. We owe the fulfillment of that dream to Mr. O’Connor, his firm and their team. Thanks Again, Tim.
