Tim’s expertise revealed itself very early in life, as the tree forts he built as a kid baffled onlookers and left the dads in the neighborhood scratching their heads. Tim went on to earn a degree in Construction Management, followed by years of valuable experience building and remodeling high-end custom homes with Steiner & Koppleman, Anderson Reda and Nor-Son. After 23 years in the business, Tim’s desire to create a seamless partnership between homeowner and builder led him to establish Align Building & Remodeling.

Stephen Longman
A veteran in the industry, Steve owned his own building company for over 35 years. He is known for leaving behind a trail of delighted clients who rave not only about their finished homes, but also about the entire process of working with Steve. Joining forces with Tim at Align Building & Remodeling, the two make an energetic, collaborative team – each contributing a unique set of talents and insights – while still being able to finish each other’s sentences.
